She's the HBS Program for Leadership Development graduate who went back to school to understand what founders actually need—and came back with a clearer answer than most operators have.

Lauren is a creative and marketing professional with an MS in Marketing from NYU and 20+ years of strategic brand building, communications and event management experience. She has worked at global companies including Hulu, MTV/Viacom, Birthright Israel Foundation, Private Prep, and YPO. Lauren is also a Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Tisch-trained actor and mother to three young children. She brings spark, spirit, sunshine and a lil' bit of sass to every project.

With many years of experience in event planning, Laura has dedicated her career to bringing people's dreams to life through thoughtful, detailed, and creative events. She serves J Force's YPO clients as a Chapter Assistant, supporting all aspects of event coordination and execution. Her passion lies in the small details that make big moments unforgettable. When she's not planning events, you'll find her with her husband, three boys, and big black lab Chloe—traveling, boating, chasing sunsets, and always having dessert.
